Stephen, this is another one of those "I'd tattoo your band's name on my ass" lyrics...because the sole IDEA of this is just awesome but you really portrayed it quite well. I like the "merciless enigma" part, and how "hate-stained heart" remains a constant weight through the verses.

I just love the entire way you went about writing this. The word choice is fantastic and for some reason, I'm just really into the way you put "eternally" on a separate line. I don't think it would have the same punch if you hadn't done that.

To me this has like this edge of need to it, almost something like panic but not quite. It starts out alright and you can feel emotion building as you read on, its like going insane...

Wow, this is just totally in your face and I love it.

At "Because we are willing to annihilate anything in our path" it just gets super intense and lands on this solid note. You do that pretty much all the time, create this solid ending, and I'm jealous because all my poems don't have that just solid feel to them.

I like how you don't digress from the point even a little bit so the message comes across strong. I love how you land on "sacrifice" every stanza, and you echo the beginning in the end, which is one of my favorite techniques because it really brings it all together.
